Q. How do I get a replacement fob for the pool?
A. To obtain a replacement pool fob please call our administrative office at 843-266-3926. Replacement fobs are $25. Please note only one fob is permitted per address; upon activation the previously assigned fob will be deactivated. Homeowner accounts must also be in good standing to receive amenity access.
Q. Do I need a vehicle barcode to get into the amenity parking lot? A. No. While barcodes are a convenient option, your amenity fob will also open the gate. Simply tap the fob to the reader located next to the gate keypad. Unlike the amenity fobs the barcodes will only provide parking lot access. Q. How do I get vehicle barcode? A. Barcodes are available for $10 each. To obtain a barcode, please complete the Barcode Application Form.
