Q. How do I get a replacement fob for the pool?

A. To obtain a replacement pool fob please call our administrative office at 843-266-3926. Replacement fobs are $25. Please note only one fob is permitted per address; upon activation the previously assigned fob will be deactivated. Homeowner accounts must also be in good standing to receive amenity access.

Q. Do I need a vehicle barcode to get into the amenity parking lot?
A. No. While barcodes are a convenient option, your amenity fob will also open the gate. Simply tap the fob to the reader located next to the gate keypad. Unlike the amenity fobs the barcodes will only provide parking lot access.


Q. How do I get vehicle barcode?
A.
Barcodes are available for $10 each. To obtain a barcode, please complete the Barcode Application Form. Decals will be mailed following our receipt of your application and vehicle registration

Q. What do I do if my fob and/or barcode are not working?
A. Contact our administrative office at 843-266-3926 for assistance. While outstanding balances can result in suspended access, sometimes its an equipment issue. By calling our office we can pinpoint the reason for your trouble and get it resolved.


Q. What amenities are available?
A. Planters Pointe boasts an olympic sized pool surrounded by multiple cabanas and gas grills, playgrounds, a fitness trail, tennis courts, basketball courts and a clubhouse that can be reserved for private parties.


Q. How do I reserve the clubhouse or cabana for an event?
A. Please call our Amenity Coordinator at 843-609-7010 or login to view the calendar to ensure your event date is available. Once you are ready to book, complete and return the Clubhouse Rental Contract and Regulations form or Cabana Rental Contract and Regulations form. All rules and requirements are outlined within.

Q. What is the address of the clubhouse?

A. The Planter's Pointe clubhouse is located at 2801 Planter's Pointe Boulevard.


AssessmentsQ. What are the association dues for Planter's Pointe?
A. Planter's Pointe HOA has an annual assessment of $850 for the 2022 year due January 1st.
